All orders and sales are final and sold “as is”

Quality

We strive to ship quality of product and continually review the items we stock. We also welcome your feedback on the squishies you receive.

However, due to the nature of a squishy and what makes squishies squishies :) Some may contain cracks and small defects from molding. Some squishies are scented. This scent can be strong or weak. They can have air bubbles or be textured.

If you pull or stretch the squishy you might see lines or small rips. There could be small holes or marks or even glue near keychains or other parts of the squishy. Many colors of the squishy are applied after the base foam color as a spray and this can be cracked or become cracked from squishing. THIS IS NORMAL.

After squishing, items can rip and crack (some more than others). This is normal and is a side effect of being squishy. We only accept returns on items if they are received that way. All the above naturally occur, are part of the characteristics of squishies, they are what help to make a squishy - squishy, and do not qualify the product for return

When you order from us, you agree to receive the squishy the same way that we receive them.

If there is a problem with the order, it must be reported the same day as the package is delivered. We will then order a REPLACEMENT from the manufacturer before we consider any refunds.

Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once the order is in place.

All sales are final and sold AS IS. Our base currency is AUD (Australian Dollars) and this will be what you are charged even if we display currency on the screen in your local currency.

 

Size/appearance and Style/Colour

We use most of the pictures given to us by the manufacturer. As such some colors will to be exact and computer or phone displays all will differ somewhat. The size of the product may look different on the screen versus real life. We cannot be responsible for unrealistic expectations when it comes to size.


Returned packages

It is the customers responsibility to enter a fully complete and accurate ship to address. If the package is returned to us for customer error we will send an invoice for the cost of shipping the order the second time. If the invoice is not paid within a 3 day time period, we will refund the price of the items minus a 30% restocking fee. We can only issue a refund once the package arrives back in our possession. Please note the delivery time of returned packages is doubled. We can accept no responsibility for customer errors.

Orders cannot be cancelled. Because orders are processed very quickly we cannot accept any cancellations once the order is submitted. If an exception is made, the order is subject to a 30% restocking fee. All returned items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Shipping time is an estimate based on our shipping suppliers. Delays can occur. We are not responsible and cannot refund shipping charges since we pay full shipping charges regardless of whether the package is delayed.

International orders may be subject to duties / taxes upon arrival in your country. The buyer is fully responsible for these charges charge by your country. We are not responsible for these taxes. If the order is not picked up due to unpaid duties, the purchase price minus 10% restocking fee will be refunded.

The shipping fee will not be refunded.
